The launch of the Space Camp Valencia Scholarship Program<\/a><\/strong> has captured the attention of several media outlets, such as valenciaplaza<\/strong><\/a>, highlighting its position as the first program of its kind in Spain. This camp, offered to young people between the ages of 10 and 17, is designed not only to foster careers in science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics (STEAM), but also to provide hands-on experiences in the field of space exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camp participants will enjoy activities that include piloting ultralight aircraft, working in zero-gravity conditions, receiving training on a gyroscope and operating the International Space Station through virtual reality. They will also design and launch rockets, contribute to the development of a rover to explore Mars and immerse themselves in the vast field of astronomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the program seeks to promote inclusion and equality through a scholarship system, thus enabling talented young people from underprivileged backgrounds to participate in this transformative experience. Among the project's promoters are prominent names such as PLD Space<\/a><\/strong>, Power Electronics<\/a><\/strong>, Teika<\/a><\/strong> and American Space Valencia<\/a><\/strong>, together with the collaborators Las Naves<\/a><\/strong>, Valencia Chamber of Commerce<\/a><\/strong>, AVRE<\/a><\/strong> and the organizers Escuela de Ciencia<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Space Camp Valencia will carry out its activities in several weekly expeditions from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, from June 24th to July 26th. The activities will take place in the locations of Islas Canarias 90 and Joan Verdeguer 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The resonance in the media underlines the significance of Space Camp Valencia not only as an educational initiative, but also as a catalyst to position the Valencian Community as a benchmark for innovation in the aerospace sector at national level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
