Recently, we had the opportunity to visit the main headquarters of PLD Space<\/strong>, located in the business park of Torrellano, Elche<\/strong>. This company, a pioneer in the development of reusable rockets in Europe, continues to grow impressively and is establishing itself as a key player in the space industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a workforce that already exceeds 300 employees<\/strong>, PLD Space has ambitious plans in the pipeline for this year, including the manufacture of six 'Miura 5' rockets and 60 engines<\/strong>. The commitment to innovation and aerospace engineering is evident in every corner of its facilities, where talent, technology and a vision of the future are combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Elche is positioning itself as a key hub in the space sector. In October, the city will host a congress of the European Space Agency (ESA)<\/strong>, focused on satellite data processing and advanced computing technologies.
