✈️ Instructions

You are about to fill out the authorization form for your child (the crew member) to participate in the flight activity of the ULM.so pilot course. Below is a video explaining the complete process.

👥 Who should sign?

In most cases, they must sign both parents. This is an official document that must be signed digitally by the persons who have parental custody of the minor child/children.
If only one person has sole parental rights, he or she must attach the legal document that accredits it (judgment, agreement, etc.).

Some data will already be automatically filled in with the registration information.
Be sure to complete all required fields, including those of the second legal guardian (if applicable) and all participating siblings (if applicable).
At the end, a PDF will be automatically generated with the data entered.
Download it and save it to your computer (by clicking on Download Authorization).
This document is the one you must digitally sign in the next step.

If you are two legal guardiansAfter the first signature, open that document to add the second signature with the other certificate (it is possible that it is from another computer, but both signatures will be placed in the same document).

Signature Verification and Validation

The last step is to send us the signed documentation. To verify that the signatures are correct and that the process has been carried out correctly:

Go back to the message you received by WhatsApp and open the last link «Validation and sending of documentation».
Choose the document containing the digital signatures of both legal guardians.
This process validates the signatures and sends us the document automatically.
If only one parent signs, you will also need to enclose the legal document proving the exclusive parental authority.
