Pilot aircrafts
Feel the emotion of flying an ultralight aircraft, as the copilot. Under the guidance of professional pilots, you will learn the fundamentals of flying, and will take off from an aerodrome to fly over Valenciaโs skies in an ultralight aircraft. A safe and exciting experience that you will never forget.

Work without Gravity
Work like astronauts in zero gravity conditions in pools which emulate being in outer space. You will experience weightlessness, and learn to move around and work in zero gravity, whilst strengthening your collaborative work with a team of professional divers.

Physical and Mental Training
Prepare for the challenge of space travel with our physical and mental training. Use the human gyroscope to simulate the conditions of a space launch and docking with the ISS, whilst keeping a cool head and staying in control at all times.

Operate in the ISS
Explore the ISS (International Space Station) with the help of Virtual Reality. Learn to move through the ISS in zero gravity, by grabbing the handrails. Undertake a spacewalk to repair the outer shell of the ISS while maintaining contact and communication with Houston at all times.

Build and Launch a Rocket
Discover aerospace engineering by building your own rocket in a collaborative activity with PLD Space. You'll learn about aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and mission control. Prepare your rocket for takeoff and ensure it reaches its destination.

Exploration with the ExoMars Rover
Learn robotic engineering by building an autonomous rover to explore Mars. Delve into the fundamentals of design, mechanics and programming to create a vehicle capable of searching for water and life on the surface of Mars, practice with the simulator and drive a scale prototype.

There is the possibility of entering at 8:00 am or leaving at 6:00 pm by paying a supplement of 5โฌ/morning and/or 5โฌ/afternoon.
In general, Space Camp takes place inย Valencia Innovation Capital's facilities at the Las Naves-La Harinera complex, located at 16 Joan Verdeguer Street.
On the day of flying aircrafts, we will leave from Las Naves to Olocau aerodrome by bus and then we will return again to Las Naves. Similarly, the day of the zero gravity experience we will leave from Las Naves by bus to the swimming pool, but that day will end at 17:00 at the Universitat Politรจcnica de Valรจncia, Puerta M (we will not return to Las Naves).ย
In case there are more departures, sand inform crewmembers of the start and end location for each day so that they can go to the appropriate location.
Space Camp is a one-week camp for future astronauts, with a different activity each day. All days are structured in the following way:
- Day 1: Flight in aircraft at the Olocau aerodrome.
- Day 2: Work in zero-gravity pools.
- Day 3: Exploration missions in Mar's Rovers.
- Day 4: Operations on the International Space Station and Mars with Virtual Reality.
- Day 5: Investigation about life outside the planet through biology and chemistry experiments.
The activities are designed to teach aerodynamics, robotics, mechanical engineering, and astronomy in a practical and educational way, adapting to the needs of the group. The organization provides an immersive experience in science and space technology.
The specific planning for each week will be made known to participants by email one week before the start date.
Meals are held at Las Naves in 16 Joan Verdeguer Street.
Las Naves have open spaces for lunches and meals for the participants when they carry out activities in the facilities.
The food consists of varied and balanced menus that include a starter, a main course, and a dessert prepared by a specialized family catering.
There are special menus for people who are allergic or intolerant to any food.
On the departure day to the aerodrome and the departure day to the pool, meals will be prepared to take away. You can bring snacks or fruit from home for outings.
Lunches are varied sandwiches (at least two options to choose from) both savory and sweet, and juices.
If you want, you can also bring lunch from home!

The aircraft flight day starts at 9:00 am with the departure from Escuela de Ciencia to the Olocau's airfield.
There, a team of professional pilots give a masterclass of ultralight flying, covering everything from aerodynamics to the safe handling of the aircraft.
Afterward, participants explore the airfield and familiarize themselves with the cockpit controls of the aircraft they will pilot. Each participant has the opportunity to act as a co-pilot, taking off and flying through the sky of Valencia.
If the pilot deems it appropriate, the participant will be able to take the controls, always under expert supervision.
This day is designed to offer an educational and practical experience in flight, full of excitement and safety. The return to the school is scheduled for 5:00 pm, closing a day full of learning and adventure.
In Space Camp Valencia, safety is our highest priority.
Although we can't control the weather, we make sure that every day is a learning opportunity, even if the weather conditions don't allow flying. If bad weather prevents flying, participants will receive detailed aircraft training in the airfield and will have the opportunity to fly drones and get to know the aircrafts and get into them even if they don't take off.
In addition, we will make every effort to reschedule the flight within the same week of the camp, ensuring a complete and enriching experience for everyone.
Participation in the flight is optional.
We understand some participants may feel nervous about the idea of flying. For them, we offer a ground experience, where they can explore the airship and experience the feeling of being in a cockpit with the pilot inside the airship in movement, without the need to take off.
This alternative allows all participants to enjoy an unforgettable experience, respecting their limits and promoting a safe and positive learning environment.
To participate in the flight activity, Spanish law requires the consent of the legal guardians and the legitimation of their signatures with a digital certificate or signed before a notary.
If this consent is missing from one of the guardians, the child will not be able to fly. However, he/she will be offered a similar alternative to that provided in adverse weather conditions.
In special situations, we encourage the guardians to contact us for solutions.
When you register for Space Camp Valencia we will send you instructions on how to proceed with this procedure.
In general, it will be an online process, through the use of a Digital Certificate and the Autofirma program.
In cases where it is not possible to obtain a digital certificate, as an exception, you can go to our notary who knows the document and the procedure. In this case, simply indicate at the reception desk of the notary that you want to legitimate the signatures for the authorization of Space Camp. It is a document that must be signed in person, so if we send it to you, you can fill it in but DO NOT sign them until you are with the notary.
It is not necessary to ask for a prior appointment and pay additional costs. The expenses of the notary are included in the price of the registration if you go to our notary.
In case the guardians can't go to the notary at the same time to sign the document, they can do it on different days by leaving the document with the notary.

Once the document is signed, the notary will keep it and will send it directly to us.
If you can't go to our notary's office, you can go to any other notary's office bringing your printed document and requesting the signature legitimization and you will have to bring the document sealed by the notary.
The zero-gravity day in Space Camp is an exciting adventure where participants experience the feeling of working in an environment without gravity.
The day starts with a master class presented by professional divers on how to work underwater, without gravity, simulating the conditions of space where there is no gravity or oxygen. Safety measures and the use of the necessary equipment to be able to breathe underwater and maintain neutral buoyancy are explained.
Then, participants are transported to the pool facilities in a mini-bus where they will be divided into pairs. Each pair, along with the divers' team, will do subaquatic assembly tasks, recreating the challenges that astronauts face in space.
This experience is not only educational, but also exciting, as it offers a practical insight into working in microgravity.
To participate in the experience of this day it is necessary to bring a swimsuit, flip-flops, towel, suncream, hat, sunglasses and a lycra t-shirt. If the participant has diving goggles that cover his/her eyes and nose, it is recommended to bring them.
Yes. One of the experiences is the zero-gravity day that will be done in a pool with professional divers. It is necessary to know how to swim to do this activity.
The Mars surface exploration with Rovers Day in Space Camp is a deep immersion in mechanical engineering and robotics.
Participants will embark on the challenge of designing, building, and programming their own Rovers.
This activity not only tests their creativity and technical skills but also teaches them the importance of space exploration and the search of resources like water on Mars.
This day combines theory and practice, providing a unique educative experience that emulates the real challenges engineers and scientists face in space exploration.
The International Space Station (ISS) Operations with Virtual Reality Day submerges the participants in the life and work of astronauts in space.
Using virtual reality technology, the young astronauts can virtually visit the ISS, do a spacewalk, and experience the take-off of the Soyuz spaceship, its docking in the station, and the daily tasks of the ISS.
This experience is designed to teach about life in space, the operation of the ISS, and the importance of teamwork and communication with the control base on Earth, all within a safe and controlled environment that realistically simulates outer space.
The investigation about life outside the planet day is a fascinating journey of experimentation.
Through practical experiments in biology and chemistry, explore the foundations of life and theorize about its possible existence beyond Earth, learning where and how to search for signs of life in the cosmos.
The day dedicated to the exploration of the cosmos will be focused on discovering the secrets of the universe.
Accompanied by expert astronomers, participants will delve into the study of the sky, learn to recognize constellations and unravel the mysteries of the Milky Way, through experiences and astronomical tools adapted to their age.
The maximum number of participants per group is 14 students distributed in groups of the same age to ensure that the experience is ideal for everyone.
Of course, participants are welcome to bring their mobile devices or tablets to Space Camp.
We value the importance of learning to use these devices responsibly. While with us, participants will have the opportunity to incorporate their devices into learning and exploration, always at their own risk and after teacher approval.
It is important to remember that Space Camp is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during your stay in the camp.
The Space Camp cancellation policy allows you to cancel the registration up to 15 days before the start of the camp with a complete refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days prior to the start get a 50% refund.
There are no refunds once the camp has started.
For those who book the expedition during the Christmas campaign will receive at home the official Space Camp Valencia T-shirt, the Boarding Pass with the expedition pass and the Space Camp Passport.
Space Camp Valรจncia expeditions are conducted in Spanish. Some activities use terminology specific to the space and technological field in other languages, but all the accompaniment, explanations and daily dynamics are carried out in Spanish.
